ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DINNER

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DINNER
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12TH 2018
AUCHENDARROCH HOUSE & TAVERN, MT BARKER
SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR THE AHMCC

Hi everyone

Another year has come and gone and the AGM is upon us.
Come along! All members welcome. Your voice is important to be heard!

All Committee positions are open
Our Secretary, John Antonio, is stepping down from the role so it would be great is someone can step up to that. Can you do it?

How about also joining our Committee? We are a great club, progressive and open to new ideas. We would love to have a few more people join the Committee to add to the creative brains-trust.

All committee vacancies can be filled in a number of ways. Firstly, current committee members are eligible for re-election without nomination. Secondly, a member may in writing or verbally nominate another member to be followed by that member’s written or verbal acceptance of the nomination. Verbal nominations can occur at the AGM while written nominations need to be signed by both the nominator and the nominee and forwarded to the Secretary : john.antonio@internode.on.net by no later than November 5th.

Here are the details:

  • Date: Monday 12 November
  • Time: 7.30 pm
  • Place: Auchendarroch House, 17 Adelaide Rd, Mt Barker.
  • Dinner at Auchendarroch House: From 6.30pm.

Any questions: Sarah, 0409 910 079

CAN YOU HELP SPREAD THE WORD?
Would you all mind helping out by:

  • Sharing this event on your FBook/social media page?
  • If you have contacts with any social cycling clubs/groups, sharing this with them to see if any of their members would like to come and give Masters racing with our club a try?
  • If you can think of anyone that might like to come and give it a go, can you give them an invite?

MEET THE BLACKCHROME FOLK
This will be a good time to also meet the folk from Blackchrome, our new club kit supplier. Have a chat, and see all the things we can now get to look smart out there on the road. We’ll have samples to try so you can get the size right, and you can order items on the day.
