A clarification on transferring your AusCycling membership to AHCC if you are on a MONTHLY subscription.
Unfortunately, we found out just the other day that the ‘easy as can be’ approach for yearly memberships doesn’t quite work for monthly – really sorry about this.
It’s a mix of turning off your current monthly plan and then setting up a new membership with AHCC (a systems issue that makes it this way on a monthly plan).
Best to do it this way now as with auto renewal of memberships, waiting to the 12-month anniversary of your membership won’t make things any different in terms of process.
The steps:
- Go to your current membership and turn off ‘auto renew’. To do this, log in to your AusC membership and, for your current active membership, down the bottom click ‘more details’. Under the ‘next charge’ heading, you will see ‘Cancel Auto Renew’.
- Set up a new membership with AHCC – an ‘All Discipline’ licence.
- Send a message to the AusCycling team here https://desk.zoho.com/portal/auscycling/en/newticket with this info:
Hi AusC
My current AusC membership is a monthly plan with [enter the name of your old club] Licence number [enter old number]
I have just turned off auto renewal for this AusC membership
I have also taken out a new membership with Adelaide Hills Cycling Club
Can you please ensure my old membership is cancelled.
If you are on a YEARLY membership, then all you need to do is:
- Submit a ‘Membership Enquiries’ ticket here https://desk.zoho.com/portal/auscycling/en/newticket .
- Within the details of your ticket please include your name, AC member number, current club and the Adelaide Hills Cycling Club as the club you would like to transfer to.
