Tour of the Fleurieu – Entries

To enter a team or teams to the Tour of the Fleurieu:

  • Complete the online entry form for each team or individual if entering as an individual rider and submit it to us. Teams entry form here or Individual entry form here
  • No payment is needed up-front: We will send an invoice for the entry fee – $440 per team (Early Bird pricing $420 per team, if entry is received by the club by 31st January 2025). For individuals its $110 per person.
  • Transponders: ***Updated policy for 2025** we will be using our AHCC seat post transponders. Due to the heavy admin required by the organising committee in managing purchase/rental transponders, the club has decided we will be providing temporary transponders for all riders for the duration of the Tour. These will be provided to the Team Captains during sign on, on Day 1 and must be returned after Stage 4 on Day 2. If you do wish to buy a transponder for the future, you can enter any event after the Tour and purchase via Entryboss. If anyone has already specifically purchased a transponder just for ToF and dont wish to keep it for future races and get a refund, please email president@adelaidehillscc.org.au
  • Before sending in your entry, just check the information below on how teams are graded and things to consider if entering more than one team.

A couple of other things:

  • We really want to ensure that we can accommodate riders across all grades – from the high to the low, and manage entries to ensure we can do this as best we can.
  • We will keep you informed on how entries are going and once the Divisions are set, will send your team captain an invoice for the entry fee.

As always, please feel free to get in touch if we can help

Selecting your team members and grading into Divisions

Teams for the Tour are graded into Divisions based on these general principles:

  • Teams are generally placed in a Division commensurate with the standard of the team’s strongest rider
  • No more than one team-brand will be placed in any one Division.
  • If a team-brand enters 2 or more teams of similar ability such that they would normally fit into the same Division, one (or more) of those teams will be graded up a Division until only one team-brand is in any one Division.

When selecting your team members, it’s best to try and have members of similar ability.

Note that if you have a rider in your team that is notably stronger than the other team members, the team will be placed in a Division that may be overly challenging for the less-strong riders.

If you are entering more than one team for your team-brand, it’s best to make sure the teams are notably different in strength to avoid the risk of one of your teams being graded up beyond their normal Division in order to ensure there are no more than 2 teams from the one brand on the one Division
