  2. Divisions and Teams
    • Up to 9 Divisions: maximum of 6 teams per division
    • Teams of 4 riders
      .
  3. The Divisions
    • 2 x Open Men’s Division – for ‘elite/A’ grade riders.
      .
    • 1 x Open Women’s Division – for ‘elite/A’ grade riders.
      .
    • Up to 6 x General Divisions open to all riders aged 19 and over, or U19 able to race in senior events.
General Division teams can be men only, women only, or mixed – it’s totally up to you on this.
Divisions will be graded based on our regular grading system – Division-1 for higher graded riders, down to Division 6 for our lower graded riders.
Teams are placed in Divisions based on their strongest rider. Please try and construct your team based on similar rider capabilities.
Team entry into each Division is on a first-in basis.
To help ensure we can accommodate a broad range of riders across different grades, once the cap of 6 teams in any division is reached, additional entries will be placed on a waiting list until we have clarity on total entries across all Divisions.
      .
  4. Entry fee per team: Cost $ TBA. This covers all riders in the team for all stages.
  5. You’ll need an AusCycling All-Disciplines licence to be part of it.

Don’t have one? Why don’t you join our club! Here you go – info on what to do is here: https://www.adelaidehillscc.org.au/membership/

Note that the AusCycling Event Licences and Trial Ride Licences are not available for the TOG.

  6. Racing experience is needed to participate.
We have 2 more important things to raise with you.

    • First, is safety and when we have bunches of up to 24 riders pumping it around open roads, we need to know that riders have experience at this sort of racing. All it takes is one bad move in the pack and a lot of riders can come down.
    • Second, we need to have a reasonable basis to be able to grade riders to ensure we are fair to everyone else.

For these reasons, we need to know that you have done at least 2 races in the last 12 months under AusCycling.

If you have any questions or need any help with this, just let us know.
