Tour of the Fleurieu – Day 1, Stage 1
Team Time Trial
Start: Finniss General Store – From: 09:30 AM
Distance: 16.6 km for all divisions
Placings:
For the Stage itself, placings and prizes are for the Team only. The team’s time is that of the 3rd wheel. To be eligible for team awards for the Stage, at least 3 riders must finish.
For the overall team placings for the Tour:
- The time of the third wheel in the TTT is added to the team times for the other 3 stages.
- At least 3 riders must finish the Stage for the team’s time to be included in the overall team placings for the Tour.
For the overall individual placings for the Tour:
- The TTT results are included.
- The first 3 riders get the time of the 3rd wheel. The 4th rider gets their individual time.
- In the event that only 2 riders in a team finish, the riders are given the time of the 2nd wheel. If only one rider finishes, they get their own time. If only 1 or 2 riders in a team finish the Stage, times are only awarded if the team members who do not finish do so due to mechanical or medical reasons deemed justifiable by the Chief Commissaire.
Equipment:
Only road bikes, helmets and all other equipment and clothing allowed in road races can be used.
No time trial equipment is to be used . This includes, but is not limited to: time trial wheels ( including discs, tri-spokes, wheel depth greater than 80mm), time trial bikes, clip-on aero bars, and TT helmets.

Drafting: No drafting of vehicles, or riders with differing start times, is permitted.
