The AC web site has a section containing Governance, Rules and policies documents https://www.auscycling.org.au/page/about/governance-rules-policies
Note in particular the section “Sport Policies & Technical Regulations”. In this section:
- The document “Technical Regulations – General” covers things such as disciplinary action in terms of rider behaviour, the duties of Comissaires in considering incidents, and includes a schedule of maximum penalties for various rider breaches.
This document also contains a link (Section 1.03 – Equipment) to the UCI General Regulations concerning equipment, including specific requirements for bicycle specifications. - The “Technical Regulations – Road” sets out regulations specific to the conducting of road races (much of it is covers championship events but there are general sections relevant to AHCC events)
